Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your Pairled Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact us via the contact page and we will help you.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
